The prices for our COCO pools can be found in our current price list or requested individually. Our prices only apply to the pools, as the costs for delivery and installation always depend on your location and project.

Our estimate includes the cost of the COCO Pool in your individual configuration and any premium features you may want.

You will also receive an individual cost estimate for the delivery to your location and set-up by mobile crane.

Not included are:

• Assembly, set-up and installation costs on site
• Building permits

Set-up & installation costs:

Set-up & installation costs vary and depend on where you live, how the pool will be set up, and the particular contractor's prices. Therefore, we cannot provide any estimates for these costs. However, we recommend that you contact several contractors in your area to compare their information and quotes. Should you contact a construction company that has further questions about our COCO pools, we will be happy to help you answer any questions and can also contact them directly.

You may need to hire an electrician to connect power to the pool. There may also be additional costs for site specific requirements such as building or engineering costs, permits or other related costs.

Payment shall be made in installments, due as follows:
• 30% upon ordering the COCO pool
• 25% after completing the frame incl. pool basin
• 25% after completing the filter & pump system
• 20% after inspecting the pool and fixing a delivery date

Our production time is usually 6 to 12 weeks. Then, after a thorough inspection, test runs and final adjustments, your pool will be delivered within two weeks. Production begins upon receipt of the first down payment.

With MERCONLOG, we have access to a global transport network. Therefore, we can deliver any available model directly to your site, worldwide. If you are not sure whether and how a set-up is possible, our team can check the conditions on site and give you advice.

Your COCO Pool will be delivered by a transport company and installed at the desired location by a local crane company. Before accepting the order, we will clarify the transport and set-up options with you so that the delivery can proceed smoothly. We cannot take care of the installation on site, but we are happy to offer you our support and know-how.

Of course, you can also organize the transport and set-up yourself.

Usually, a crane is needed to lift the pool over a garden fence or hedge, for example. In addition, we always recommend the set-up by mobile crane as this guarantees exact positioning. The conditions on site can be inspected by a crane company before delivery to determine the specific crane and lifting details.

If the ground is solid, it will always be possible to set up our COCO pools directly, only a power connection must be provided.

However, we recommend placing your pool on a concrete slab or steel frame. Your contractor can plan, engineer, and certify the best option for your location.

There are many options. For a mild slope, you could excavate and retain a section to create a level area suitable for a concrete slab. For a steep slope or elevated position, or to meet an existing deck height, perhaps a steel support frame is the ideal option.

Whatever the conditions on site, we are always ready to advise you to find the best solution for your need.

Yes, many options are possible - completely or partly in-ground or installed above-ground. Partly in-ground or above-ground installation is also child and pet friendly.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer on-site installation directly. We will deliver your pool directly to your home and organize the set-up at the desired location. During installation, however, we can only offer our help in an advising manner.

On the bright side, our pools are delivered ready for connection and installation is quite simple.

Installation is quite simple, as our pools are delivered ready for connection with a ready-to-use technical compartment. Our models are designed to allow installation with little prior knowledge. These are the main points to consider for installation:

• Preparation of the site (foundation,etc.)
• Electrical connection

If your pool is not set up above ground, additional points should be considered:

• Make sure to have a perimeter drain and a sump pump to prevent groundwater from entering the technical compartment.
• We recommend another layer of insulation between the COCO pool and the surrounding soil layer.

A standard 220/240 VAC power supply is required to power the sanitary system, the pump including filter and the lighting. Depending on the model, up to three grounded external sockets are required. If your model includes a counter-current system or a heat pump, a 220/240 VAC power supply is also required for each. Call us in case of doubt!

In any case, make sure the COCO Pool is properly grounded.

Our COCO pools are delivered as a closed system and no further external connections are required. You can also choose to run the overflow pipes from the skimmer box and the condensate pipes from the heat pump into the rainwater drain, but this is entirely up to you and may be not necessary.

COCO pools are always configured according to your requirements and are therefore always individually customized.

Our pools are approximately 1.3 to 1.5 meters deep in the swimming area, depending on the model.

No, the steel structure does not affect the temperature of the pool. When the pool is exposed to the sun during the summer, the water heats up independently of the steel structure. We offer an optional reverse cycle heat pump that can cool or heat the water to the desired temperature during hotter or colder periods.

Yes. As an optional addition to your COCO pool, we offer a reverse cycle heat pump that both heats and cools (12 kW or 17 kW). This unit is also energy efficient.

Our pools are insulated so that the heat is kept perfectly even in cold winters. To use your pool all year round, all you need to do is set a temperature higher than 0 degrees on your thermostat to prevent the water from freezing.

We also recommend covering your COCO pool so that the heat can be retained even more efficiently, and the water does not get dirty.

You also have the option to simply drain your COCO pool, if you are not using it during winter.

We use multicolor LED pool lights. For a 6-meter pool one light is sufficient and for a 12-meter pool we recommend two. Extensions are possible at any time upon request.

Since our COCO pools use real pools that are also insulated, you don't have to worry about rust. The containers used are also specially coated and galvanized, so the durability is guaranteed.

Yes, we also have the possibility to install a saltwater filtration system. According to your wishes.

Most of our customers would confirm this! The cover protects the water from dirt and serves as excellent insulation.

Adding a pool cleaner will reduce the amount of time spent cleaning and maintaining your pool and is therefore recommended. You are free to choose whether you use a fully automatic pool cleaner or a regular pool vacuum. The time saved varies, but the effectiveness may be identical.

If you have a COCO pool in the chlorine water version, you should use commercial chlorine pool chemicals. We recommend that you contact a local pool supply store for more information. They can also test your water and give you more specific advice.

Since this is managed very differently from region to region, it is best to contact your local authorities directly to find out if and which permits are required. Specifically, ask which types of pools require permits and which do not. For example, there may be different regulations for above ground pools than for in-ground pools.
